Arvin is a resident of San Juan County and a member of the Navajo Tribe.  He is with the ‘Clamp Tree’ (Tsin sikaadnii) clan born for the ‘Within His Cover’ (Bit’ahnii) clan.  Arvin’s experience as an engineer, Tribal government official, and being a part of management teams for energy companies brings new insight on how to promote economic development here in the County and the Four Corners region.  He has received recognition and awards both within Indian Country and in industry with projects and initiatives he has been a part of.  As the CEO of 4CED, he looks to bring that level of success to the Four Corners region.
