Startup & Small Business Resources

To be profitable a successful business requires so much more than a great product or service.  There are also a lot of “behind the scenes” details to master as well. 4CED can introduce you to business support resource partners that can help you grow or improve your new or existing small business.

Start-UP

Starting a business is a big step demanding preparation and a wide set of skills. Fortunately, you don’t have to do it alone or run all over town to get the help you need.

The San Juan College Quality Center for Business (QCB) is San Juan County’s one-stop shop for business resource partners who are ready to help you get things right – right from the beginning. A detailed business plan and financial model are critical, but how do you do these?  Resource partners at the QCB like the SBDC, WESST and the Farmington Chamber of Commerce are here to help you with one-on-one advising and training and to cheer you on.

The QCB also houses a business incubator and business accelerator which support entrepreneurs with access to shared business services, low-cost office space, hands on management assistance and business support.
